Horrible place! Run
Think of the worst place to live, no proper maintenance, additional hidden charges. Don’t be lured in by the low deposit, you’ll regret it immediately! Duck use the walkways as toilets. I currently have a rat/raccoon digging into my kitchen cabinets, they put foam in the holes…didn’t work, rodent still chewing through. They are trying to charge tenants $100 for having anything on the patios. I have an extremely loud neighbor that party's into the early am, loud music, screaming, cursing each… other out outside. I’ve asked the office to do something about it, they just honestly couldn’t care less about us. I have a toddler (now, I was pregnant when I moved in) and the music keeps her up, they won’t help with any of it. All they want is money like most businesses which I understand but they literally give you nothing more for the almost $300 rental increase in a year that’s been extremely trying for most. Dirty apartments, old, moldy, reused appliances from other apartments. Asked for AC fixed in south Florida heat, they came and hosed it down. This is really a horrible place to live and the greed is beyond anything reasonable. If my review helps one person/ family not move here, it’s served it’s purpose. Stop giving people and organizations that offer nothing at all your hard earned dollars!
