It looks like the admin in these buildings are having a second stream of income from kickbacks from the towing company. Randomly the residents find their cars towed overnight, even with the updated parking sticker on it. Then there is always a minor mistake made (sometimes a year ago) by the admin folks but they "can not help it" because the towing company is an external entity. If you want to live under the stress of waking up to not have your car with you, and instead of heading to work have... to go to a towing company to recover your car after you pay exorbitant fees that will end up in the pockets of the administration of this building then, by all means, move here.

The common areas have constant maintenance. the response of the condominium to inconveniences in the apartment has been fast and efficient. It is a good place to live.

I'm a 7th grade ELA teacher in Pompano and I was in a rush to move years ago and came across Windsor Forest. From the moment I came onto the property, I knew I was home. I've been living in this neighborhood for 3 years now and enjoy it immensely. There are 2 pools, a gym, a BBQ area, little playground and now we have a number of beautiful new trees to add to the overall nature feel. I happen to have a balcony right by the pool and I have to say, NOTHING beats the view I have of the sky ??
Lisa... is an incredible property manager and she reminds me of friends and family from back up north. Jose,Fidel, and the rest of the maintenance crew are all so helpful, warm, and friendly. Jose even put air in my tire one day when he noticed it was almost completely flat. He did NOT have to do that, but he did and it was so helpful and sweet.
Ovelyn who works in the office is a BRIGHT shining star that greets me with a big beautiful smile and we have our chats when I come to get my packages or just to say hello. All of the women in the office are genuinely kind and good people, which is very rare.

I lived at Windsor forest in pompano apt B224 since 2014... I can say it's a very good place to live, it's quiet, prices are reasonable and they keep it very clean...I had to move out because of my work and I really missed living there.
