Our condo is in impeccable condition and is equipped with everything you would need to enjoy a relaxing time at the beach. All well-appointed furniture and accents with tile floors throughout the condo. Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the Master Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining area. The front balcony has an outdoor living room and has a view of the Indian River to enjoy spectacular sunsets. Enjoy ocean views, marine life and beach watching from the oceanfront balcony. Our condo is equipped with linens, new washer & dryer, a fully equipped Kitchen, Roku TV, and DirecTV Streaming and a 1950's Jukebox in the Living Room. Grocery Shopping, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center are all within a mile. These are great close amenities for a barrier island. This area of Melbourne Beach has incredible surfing and fishing and is so serene it is the perfect place to come to relax and unwind.

Master Bedroom and the Master Bath have incredible views of the ocean, you can sit in bed and watch the ocean activity or watch TV - all linens are supplied - wall mounted LED Smart television - walk-in closet and second closet - Stereo/CD player in the master bathroom - make-up mirror – newly renovated with double sinks with quartz top and beautiful walk-in shower - King size bed with an accented headboard and foot board.

Second bedroom has two twin beds with NASA conform mattress bedding - extremely comfortable - 32" LED color television with Roku TV and a large closet.

Both bathrooms are newly updated. Walkin shower in the master bedroom and plenty of closet space. Second bathroom off the second bedroom (Twins Beds) has a new full-size washer & dryer.

Three-month rental preferred for January, February & March. All other months are available on a month-to-month basis.

Non-smoking home and no pets.

Kitchen: Our Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking amenities. Granite counter tops throughout with a pass-through island with four counter stools. The new large French door stainless steel refrigerator is equipped with an ice maker inside water dispenser. The new dishwasher is located conveniently next to the sink. There is a large pantry off the kitchen to store all your needs. A coffee maker and toaster oven also compliment the kitchen. Sink is equipped with a garbage disposal and new gooseneck faucet. Glassware and tableware are plentiful and make for a great table setting.

Dining Room: The dining room has a glass table that seats four comfortably. Two additional folding chairs are available for additional guests. The table is accented with a silk flower arrangement and a hanging chandelier. The breakfront in the dining room has fine China and upscale tableware for entertaining. Several plate settings are available with matching napkins, tablecloths and table protectors. The breakfront is equipped with a stereo / CD player / Bluetooth / with an array of CD's supplied for your enjoyment. The speakers for the stereo are wall mounted for great sound throughout the condo.

Living Room: The Living Room has a full leather sofa that at each end has the ability to recline. There are also two leather recliners that are extremely comfortable for watching TV and enjoying the Ocean views. An area rug compliments the leather furniture. There is a 46' LED wall mounted television in the living room. There are several prerecorded movies supplied in the second bedroom dresser. ROKU TV and DirecTV Streaming is available. There is a set of daytime binocular's and night binocular's that are available for you to enjoy the beach, water and wildlife.
