Love Avocet!
I’ve had a great experience with Avocet at Melbourne. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and major roadways while still feeling tucked away from heavy traffic. The landscaping and common areas are kept clean, and the property overall has a welcoming atmosphere.
The amenities are a standout — the pool area is relaxing, the fitness center is well-equipped, and the clubhouse space is great for gatherings. Maintenance requests are... handled promptly, and the team is responsive and professional.

No Smoking/No Rules
The place is nice but overpriced with fees that pay for the property maintenance and other non company related issues like a HOA . Management is so worried about filling up the apartment vacancies , they look the other way when rules or policies are being broken . It seems that they don’t want to do anything I would not live here or move here .
