While I understand the enforcement of parking rules, there are more urgent issues that need attention. The property is poorly maintained, with trash, broken trees, and unkept landscaping. The pool area is in terrible condition, with reports of rodents, very dirty bathrooms, and broken walls.

The tennis court has no net and has been unusable for over a year, despite requests and promises to replace it. Amenities here do not meet basic standards. These areas should be secured, with access limited... to residents only by key or card.
