The Harbours

I recently moved into The Harbour Apartments in Melbourne, FL, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far! Lacey in the office made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her cheerful and professional personality stood out—she was incredibly patient with my many questions and took the time to explain everything thoroughly.

There are plenty of apartment options, and even though mine is 598 sq. ft., the layout is so well-designed that adjusting from my previous 2,600+ sq. ft. home... has been easier than I expected. The storage and space are thoughtfully planned, making it feel comfortable and functional.

So far, the community has been quiet, and the pool is clean and well-maintained. I haven’t checked out the fitness center yet, but I’m excited to have it nearby, along with the mall and other amenities.

I highly recommend Lacey if you’re considering moving here—she’s the right person to guide you through the process! Disappointed. Smoking is allowed so if you care about your health do not rent here. Windows are single paned and walls paper thin. Rent is base but they tack on your insurance, internet, trash, etc. Boisterous neighbors. Pool is closed more often than none. Most of the grounds are not landscaped.

Very unhappy after living here for years. New management isn’t proactive, you can express issues but nothing is done about it. They tell you they’ll do something and never do. The new maintenance team is a joke. They half-do everything. Breed restrictions?…There are pit bulls everywhere here. If you have a pit, no worries, you can move in. They don’t care. I have been living here since 2021. I love it here. My apartment is the right size. What I love is sitting on my porch early in the morning and in the evening. I can hear the ducks. Its so relaxing. It is quiet here which I love at my age. I am safe here and that is important. Another thing I love is, I hate going to the laundry mat! I have a washer and dryer in my apartment! There are 2 pools and a exercise room on premises. I take walks around the complex with no worries. The office staff are... always willing to answer whatever questions I have. If something breaks, I can call the office and they will send maintenance out to fix it. What more can I ask! I can't say enough of this place. There are 2 schools in walking distance. I have been living here for over a year and I still love it. I love my privacy. I can sit on my porch no matter what time it is. Its so peaceful. The office management is always helpful. They are polite and will listen and see what they can do. The maintenance crew are superb! I don't have to go far for shopping, which is great for me! If you have school children, well, there is one around the corner and another one down the block. They even have a dog park. Do you love to exercise? Well,... there is a gym here also.
