Unregistered guests are not permitted entry, and hanging towels, clothing, or other items from the balcony railing is strictly prohibited. Luggage storage is not available at the front desk. This is a private residence, owned and operated independently from any hotel management in the building. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Smoking on the property is strictly prohibited, with a fine of $300 applied in case of violations. Reservations must be made by a person aged 21 or older, and the reservation holder's presence is required throughout the entire stay. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
