Excellent supportive and professional management team at Helios Apartments

I had a very positive experience with the Helios Apartments property management team. From the beginning of the application process, throughout my tenancy, and even when I had to leave my unit due to an unforeseen situation, the office staff was incredibly supportive and professional.

The team was always available to answer my questions, provide clear information, and prioritize my requests whenever needed. They went above and beyond to make me feel supported during a challenging time. Their… communication was prompt, transparent, and genuinely helpful.

Although I had to move out unexpectedly, I am very grateful for the assistance and kindness I received from the office team. I will not hesitate to consider Helios Apartments again if I return to Florida in the future.

Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding customer service and support you give to your residents!

The entire Helios apartments team is excellent, they are very friendly, they always try to make you feel comfortable. The maintenance team is incredible, they are efficient, fast and leave everything impeccable, especially Mr. José who did a great job in my apartment, I am very grateful.

THE BEST AND QUICK SERVIC

Helios Crew is the best and highly recommended.
I’m a homeowner so I know how things go so things break down but they’re always here to fix them. I feel excited because I just signed a longer lease and now I’m gonna have a bunch of new stuff, including an AC unit.

Best Apartment Company in Miami Beach!

I’ve been living in this apartment for three years, and I couldn’t be happier! This is by far the best company in Miami Beach. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it gets done the same day—no waiting around. The maintenance team and office staff are truly the best—always professional, friendly, and efficient. I have no plans to leave anytime soon because the service and living experience here are top-notch. Highly recommend!

My sweet home

Thank you, guys! Helios team is truly great! They are always ready to help me with my questions and are very nice to me every time I stop by their office. I know all technicians, they come quickly to fix my issues and also very nice and respectful. I enjoy my cute apartment and having my everyday walks to the ocean!
