Great

I love it over here. Everyone minds their business , the property manager and maintenance workers are very professional and attentive to my needs whether big or small.,Only down side is the parking. When I’m getting off late night , there isn’t always close parking .so I have to park in the next building over . Which is a bit dangerous but I’m certified, I do wish each apartment had assigned spaces but maybe in the near future who knows .The roaches are a small issue but they come right over… to fix the issue when I put in a request . But other than that , I love it.

Do not go to this apartment, these people will never come to fix anything. The AC will never give problems. They will never fix it. I have been here for 2 years. The house is full of mold. Everything is broken inside. People do nothing. The yard is always full of garbage. No one can enter the yard.

Very Bad, roaches, low class, towing, bad communication.

This place is very low class. The complexes are infested with roaches. They have bad communication. They tow your car if you don’t have an updated parking decal even though they know you are a resident. You are not allowed to have one free guest (48 hours/month) so they tow their car. Their towing company (Boulevard Towing) scratches your car and wouldn’t take accountability. They purposely write that your car was in a poor condition so they don’t have to pay for the damages they have caused.… That make late water bill payments, and have the city come to our doors to tell us they will be shutting off the water.

Beyond Great!

For the past five years I been a tenants at lake house apartments and I have to say this is an awesome place to live. Customer service is amazing! Maintenance requests are done the same day! Kenisha amazing person always go above and beyond to assist you! Rolando was amazing with my transfer process! Awesome place to live please check it out if you looking for a place to live
