Very affordable and Excellent Service

This past year we had the pleasure of renting at SunPointe Apartments. It is located in a very picturesqe setting with mature shade trees, quiet neighborhood, and convenient to shopping. If you have any maintence concern, management is extremely prompt to solve any and all issues. It is very affordable with updated appliances in a clean apartment. Get a good rental at a very affordable price!

Worst apartment ever

Please do not move here. Save yourself the headache. I’ve been going on with this apartment for over a month now in regards to my deposit Isa or 16 emails I called over 10 times and they just clearly ignore me on top of that the three years that I’ve been living there. I didn’t even have an oven for over two years because they did not want to fix the oven. No pain no repairs have even made and on top of that every single day, my room was getting flooded with sore sewage water. This apartment… complex is disgusting. The worst apartment complex I have ever lived in a property management. She sits there and she lies about being in the office, and when she doesn’t feel like working she just says the office is closed. This is the worst type of the worst type of experience have ever experienced in my life to the point where I’m gonna contact a lawyer or file a lawsuit in regards to getting back my deposit this is just ridiculous.

Stay away not worth the money charged

If you value your privacy stay away walls are thin you will hear your neighbors do everything also regular rent increases they bait you with one price then increase it every year DONT be fooled

sunpointe springs sunrise

no hay mantenimiento para mantener limpio el condominio, gritos de vecinos jovenes, la piscina y el jacussi estan cerrados hace anos debido a condiciones insalubres, ratones y cucarachas por todo el codominio.
