Day 52: Central A/C Still Broken
I’ve notified the maintenance team, the leasing office, and the management company that my central A/C is not working. I’ve submitted multiple work orders, spoken with staff in person, emailed, and called. Despite all of that, I continue to receive shifting explanations, and the only time I get any information is when I reach out myself. Even then, the responses are vague, and the repair keeps getting pushed back with no real progress.
