My family and I have proudly called Residences at Lakehouse home for over two years, and we truly couldn’t be happier. This community is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and has become a place we’re proud to call home. The neighbors are friendly, and the office staff and maintenance team are always welcoming, responsive, and dedicated to keeping the property in excellent condition.

A special thank you to Beth, the Property Manager, the leasing staff, and maintenance Juan and Miguel who... consistently goes above and beyond for the residents. Honestly if you want to feel like you are living at a resort this is the place. We are beyond happy with the residence and the Graham property management. They are very attentive, clean and overall the community is great, neighbors are nice, and the maintenance is 10/10. We also LOVE the food trucks. Great clean pool, BBQ and a bonus the pet park. We truly feel we live in a hotel at times of how clean and quiet everything is. We highly recommend this property.

I have been living at Residences at Lakehouse for over 2 years. When you enter the gated community after a long day at work, you are happy to be home. You can relax and stroll the lake or take some time for yourself on a lakeside bench to read or meditate. The pool area is adjacent to the office where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee, tea or of course espresso. Grilling at the pool is another wonderful time with your loved ones. The gym is near the pool area so you can walk to it from your... apartment. If you have fur babies then you will enjoy the properties dog park , where your dogs can run and play with you. Living at Residences at Lakehouse has been a wonderful experience for myself and family. I believe what truly makes it a wonderful place to live is its employees. Yennived, Adriana, Shane and Terri are very helpful, friendly and kind. The Maintenance and Porter teams keep the property running smoothly. If you see them on the property they are always busy but never too busy to wave and greet you with a smile. I appreciate their service and effort in making the property a wonderful place to live!
