Washcloths are not provided. Noise should be kept to a minimum, and parties or loud gatherings are not allowed, with fines passed on to the responsible guest. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. All guests must be registered with a valid photo ID on the day of check-in. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out incurs an additional cost. Towels should not be used to remove makeup, and any soiled or damaged towels or linens will incur a replacement fee. All items provided in the home must remain inside the unit, and missing items may result in additional charges. Lost apartment keys or fobs will require a replacement fee. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a $300 fine for any evidence of smoking. Package deliveries from Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, or similar services are not permitted at the property address.
