The building permits only monthly stays, necessitating an application for finalizing reservations. Each booking undergoes a review by the building management. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM, with early/late options available upon inquiry. There is a strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels are required after 10:00 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Violations of the guest count policy incur a $50 fee per person, and your stay may be terminated without refund. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana (medical or recreational), or vaping are allowed. Any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee. Security cameras are in use outside for protection. TV is for streaming with your own login, no network channels. Respect the residential area and noise ordinance between 10 PM and 8 AM. Violations may result in police visits and immediate eviction.
