Your stay includes access to elevated amenities: a hot tub, pool, gym, sauna, on-site dining, luggage storage, and parking (fees apply). Valet is the only available parking option, and you pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48. Please inquire for stays of 10+ nights. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. The building is undergoing renovations that include the main lobby, pool, pool deck, and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. The main lobby and front motor lobby are closed, but temporary pathways provide safe access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby level, and only service elevators access the ground receiving area. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium will be open. A limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the pool at the Marriott Hotel. The building management has strict occupancy rules: 6 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. The building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access. After reserving the apartment, you are required to provide legible copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration. The minimum age to book is 21, with no exceptions as per building requirements. Third-party bookings are not allowed unless agreed in advance. Depending on the length of your stay, the building may also require a full residency application within 24 hours of booking, which could include prior residency, employment details, social security number, references, and other personal information. Standard check-in time is 4 PM, and standard check-out time is 11 AM. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. The trash room is located in the hallway near the elevator. Please place all recycling on the floor in front of the chute, and put bags with landfill waste down the trash chute. Trash must not be left in the hallway or outside the chute. Failure to comply may result in a $300 fine. [SI]
