The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium will be open. The building management has strict occupancy rules: 6 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. The building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access. After reserving the apartment, you are required to provide legible copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration. The minimum age to book is 21, with no exceptions as per building requirements. Third-party bookings are not allowed unless agreed in advance.
