The building is undergoing renovations that may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. A minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning if there is evidence of smoking indoors. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer.
