Luggage storage is available at check-in/out for a fee. Valet service is the sole parking option if you are staying for less than 21 days. If you are staying 21 days or more, parking is available for $160 for one parking spot for the entire duration of your stay, and the parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, the parking fee for each additional vehicle is $250 per month. A $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to the building each day. An Enterprise rental car company is available within the retail lobby for added convenience.

Lyft or Uber presents a convenient transportation choice when navigating Miami, and you can readily access complimentary public transportation like the Trolley and Miami Metromover. The nearby Miami Metromover is highly recommended for your travel needs.
The apartment's occupancy is 2 adults plus 2 children. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Standard check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item. At The Grand, valet service stands as the sole parking option if you are staying for less than 21 days. If you are staying 21 days or more, we can set you up with residential parking: Please ensure you submit your IDs, car details, and parking receipts by 2 PM, Mondays to Fridays. Please note that the administrative office closes at 4:30 PM and is not available on weekends. Any IDs, parking receipts, and car details submitted after administrative hours on the arrival date will require guests to use valet parking at their own discretion until the administrative office opens again as all parking slots are managed by the building. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. The building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes main lobby, pool and pool deck and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. The Main Lobby will be closed. Temporary, clearly marked pathways will provide safe access. The Front Motor Lobby will be inaccessible. Ride shares and drop-offs may be slightly less convenient. The residential garage is fully operational. Residential elevators will no longer stop at the main lobby level . Only service elevators will access the ground receiving area. To minimize traffic in the service elevators, Residents can request in-unit delivery by calling the package room. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period: The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment. A limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis. Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room. Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone. The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand. After reserving the apartment, you are required to provide legible copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration. The minimum age to book is 21, with no exceptions as per building requirements. Third-party bookings are not allowed unless agreed in advance. Depending on the length of your stay, the building may also require a full residency application within 24 hours of booking, which could include prior residency, employment details, social security number, references, and other personal information. Photos represent examples of units within the building. While furnishings and finishes may vary, the quality and aesthetic will always be consistent with the images shown. Because our apartments are part of the Grand Building and occasionally in rotation, minor differences may occur. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to flight delays, illness (including Covid), funerals, bad weather, or other unexpected events outside our control. A refund or reschedule will only be provided if an official state of emergency is declared in Miami-Dade County or if a mandatory evacuation is ordered. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially if your booking falls during hurricane season between June and November. We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind, so please ensure you take everything with you at check-out. [SI]
