If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. In case you lose the key to the apartment, it will be charged $100 per set. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer; unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
