The residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer.
