No loud music, parties, or any type of altercation with building security or staff are permitted, or this will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a $150 fine. The building is undergoing renovations, and construction may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Any missing remotes or streaming devices will result in a charge of $100 per item. The trash must not be left in the hallway or outside the chute, and failure to comply may result in a $300 fine.
