Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 2 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 2 children. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed; if there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. In case you lose the key to the apartment, it will be charged $100 per set. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer; for shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. The building is currently undergoing renovations that may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations.
