The apartment features a generous open-plan living and dining area, framed by large windows that fill the space with natural light and showcase the bay and city skyline. The layout flows effortlessly onto a private bayview balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances and sleek cabinetry. Amenities include a hot tub, pool, gym, sauna, in-unit washer/dryer, walk-in closet, streaming TV, and 400 Mbps Wi-Fi.
On-site dining, luggage storage, and parking are available for a fee. A parking spot is available for $200 for the entire duration of your stay, and the parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, the parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking. A $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to the building each day.

If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 6 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and standard check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item.
