If staying 21 days or longer, residential parking can be set-up for a $160 fee for one parking spot for the entire duration of your stay. Parking requests must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. A daily valet fee of $48 is also available. An Enterprise rental car company is located within the retail lobby.
This apartment enjoys a prime location in the vibrant neighborhood of Edgewater, overlooking the picturesque Biscayne Bay. South Beach is an 8-minute scenic drive away. Wynwood, known for its captivating murals, vibrant bars, delectable restaurants, and unique shopping boutiques and galleries, is just 5 minutes away. Brickell City Center, a premier shopping and dining destination, is 2 miles south. The Design District, a haven for fashion enthusiasts, is 2 miles north. The Arsht Center and Kaseya Center are a few blocks south, and Downtown Miami, with its many nightclubs, is within a few blocks' reach.
The building is undergoing renovations that may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for repairs. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item. The apartment's occupancy is 6 adults plus 3 children.
