Valet service is the sole parking option if staying for less than 21 days, with a daily valet fee of $48 paid directly to the building. For stays of 21 days or longer, residential parking is available for a $160 fee for one parking spot for the entire stay, and the parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $250 per month. Within the retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company for added convenience.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. No visitors are allowed for any reservations shorter than 28 days, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated, and if your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, you must communicate immediately. Standard check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes main lobby, pool and pool deck and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm.
