The person whose name the reservation is under must be always present during the reservation and needs to provide a valid government ID. Rules and regulations are reviewed and signed by guest. There is no luggage service. Valet luggage carts can be checked out for use at the front desk with a valid government-issued ID. FOBs, or keycards and keys will be given at this time to guests.
