Chester brings with him more than 15 years of experience in property<br />management,real estate sales and asset management and is a member of<br />The National Association, Florida Association of Realtors, Miami<br />Association of Realtors and the National Association of Property<br />Managers.<br />Educated at Queens Preparatory(Jamaica), Campion College (Jamaica),<br />Christopher Columbus High(Miami) and The University of Miami;<br />Chester began his work life at Blue Mountain Imports, a small import<br />distribution company specializing in gourmet food products. He traveled<br />the United States promoting the company's products and along the way<br />developed a keen, lasting interest in gourmet cooking. He rose to the<br />position of marketing director before leaving to represent American<br />Banknote Company a secure paper and currency printing firm serving<br />government treasuries worldwide; and the Idmatics Division of Thomson<br />CSF a provider of secure solutions for state issued ID production(drivers<br />licenses, passport visas, immigration cards etc.) in the Caribbean.<br />Chester joined Coldwell Banker in the year 2000 and became the<br />company's number one regional property manager and a successful<br />realtor, helping valued clients to build and manage a profitable portfolio<br />of investment rental properties.<br />When he is not closing sales and solving problems for landlords and<br />tenants you you will find him enjoying all that South Florida has to offer.<br />The galleries and restaurants of Wynwood, concerts at the Arsht Center,<br />the open spaces of our state parks or just preparing a meal at home for<br />friends
