Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels are expected post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. The number of guests cannot exceed those specified at booking. No additional visitors or overnight guests are allowed without prior approval, and violations incur a $50 fee per person. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved.
