I’ve lived in 245 NW 32 St. for 8 years. I really love living here. Close to Wynwood wall. Good school for my children. The new property management has improved my living condition. Apartment kitchens and bathrooms have been remodeled. They have added parking spaces. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Great job.

The owner of this property does not care about her Tenants. She always harassing and raising the rent. If something breaks and she has to fix it, she will raise your rent. The rooms are very old and the tiles on the floors are cracked. All of the Windows are glued and sealed completely. All of the rooms have a.c wall units that barley work. The building has a back yard that no one is allowed to hang out or breath at. Parking is HORRIBLE!! The property does not have resident parking therefore,... you would have to park in the streets and everyone and their family park their car there too. If you work late and need to park your car, you will have to park your car a block away because there's no where to park. This building is full of noisy people that are always watching out their windows to see who visits who. Read More
