If any evidence of smoking is found in the unit (smoke odor, ashes, burns, etc.), or if tampering with detectors is detected, the Guest will incur a $500 penalty and additional fees for smoke remediation if necessary. Any loud or disruptive gathering, or any event where the number of people exceeds the authorized occupancy, is considered an unauthorized party. If such an event is discovered, it will result in immediate eviction of all guests and visitors. The Guest will forfeit all payments and deposits, and will be charged a $500 penalty (at minimum) for violation of this rule.
