If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to the pet policy. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Occupancy limits per the number stated in this listing are strictly enforced per city ordinance and full names (legal first and last names) guests must be provided upon booking. While rare, and despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside through an open door, window, etc. Refunds for finding insects or geckos are not given. The apartment stocks the initial supply of consumables (like toilet paper) and towels/linens based on the capacity of/sleeping arrangements in the unit.
