The apartment is available to be occupied at anytime starting the coming month of August and entry initial payment, consist of two rental amounts (First Month & Security Deposit) for a total of $4,200.00

We prefer a month to month term for the lease agreement, however it could be arranged/changed depending on tenants preferences.

-Some basic proof of income
-Public records report (police report)
-Feedback from previous rental community or property if available
