Parking is included in the price of the stay, with vehicles not exceeding 6.8 ft. The building provides charging stations for electric vehicles, which require a reservation through Building Link or directly with the front desk staff. A registration fee of $50 per guest is required at reception, and all visitors after 11:00 pm are subject to an additional $50 fee.
The building is centrally located in Midtown Miami, placing you steps from the restaurants, bars, and shops at Midtown Miami. It's within 5 minutes of the luxury shops and restaurants in the Miami Design District. By car, the Midblock condominium is 3 minutes from Wynwood Miami, 15 minutes from the Miami International Airport, and 18 minutes from South Beach.
The parking will only fit regular-size cars, and oversized vehicles won’t have space to be parked. The property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. Respect for neighbors is important, so loud music, parties, or any excessive noise is not permitted, and violating this rule may result in fines by the building.
