Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only (Friday to Sunday), with weekday (Monday to Thursday) access unavailable. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, balconies will be closed, views will be blocked, and some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios receive 2 adult amenity passes; minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM, payable in cash upon arrival. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances, and smoking is prohibited in the unit, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Pets are not permitted, not even emotional support dogs.
