Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, and some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances, and smoking is prohibited in the unit, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Pets must be well-trained, quiet, and non-disruptive and must not be left unattended in the apartment unless they are crated. Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, and trash should be disposed of.
