The apartment is equipped with full kitchen utilities including dishes, glasses, pots and pans, cutlery, and a dishwasher. The pool will be closed from Monday to Thursday due to construction reasons but is open Friday through Sunday. The building is currently renovating some balconies, and certain balconies may be temporarily closed during your stay. When entering and exiting the common areas of the property, all guests are required to adhere to proper dress code such as shirt, pants, and shoes. Do not throw or drop off anything from the balconies. No gas or charcoal grills, or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the apartment at any time.
