Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet for the duration of your stay. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour.

The pool is available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025, and balconies will be closed due to façade repairs, with some noise expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations.
