Violations may result in penalties, eviction, and/or charges to the card on file. The building has a noise policy, with no noise to be heard between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Shirts and/or cover-ups are required in all common areas, as is footwear. Items should not be thrown off the balcony, and nothing should be hung on balcony railings. If a guest/party is forced to abandon the unit by security, no compensation/refund can be claimed. Guests must be at least 23 years old to reserve. A $1,000 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver fee is required prior to check-in. There is a $100 fee for each lost guest or parking magnetic card, and a $250 fee for coded keys plus FOB.
