A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies for the duration of your stay. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour.

A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances.
