This apartment offers 842 sq ft of space, featuring a king-size bed and a sofa bed, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. High-end toiletries are also provided for your convenience.
Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available with overnight valet at $75 per day including gratuity, and hourly valet at $50 including gratuity. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet for the duration of your stay. A maximum of one pet per unit is allowed, and pets must be well-behaved and not exceed 75 pounds. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour.
Situated in the heart of Miami, this apartment is just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, and South Pointe Park Pier. Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades are all within easy reach, making it an ideal location for exploring the city.
Exterior building maintenance may cause some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The pool will be available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025, and the schedule may vary due to maintenance. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited in the unit, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, and an extra cleaning fee of $150 to $500 may be charged if returned in an extremely unclean condition. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. A laptop computer is not included.

Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool.
