You’re in the heart of Brickell, one of Miami’s most walkable neighborhoods. Step outside and you’re surrounded by waterfront paths, cafés, shopping, and culture. Brickell City Centre is just a short walk, offering designer shops, rooftop dining, and late-night drinks. Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby for morning walks or sunset views. Miami Circle National Historic Landmark sits right next to the building, a unique waterfront archeological site. Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are all a quick ride away (usually 10–15 minutes). If you prefer to explore without driving, the Metromover is steps away, free, fast, and connects you to Downtown and the Arts District.
The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year, balconies are closed and cannot be used, and views from the unit will be blocked. Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period, and the building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies.
