On-site valet services are available for $75/day (+$3 gratuity) with in-and-out privileges, and payment is required upfront for the entire stay. Hourly/Regular Valet is available for $50 (+$3 gratuity) with no in-and-out privileges. Nearby parking can be reserved for $35/day. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM.

Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only (Friday - Sunday). Weekday (Monday to Thursday) access is not available. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, and some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Refrain from dyeing your hair while in the apartment to avoid accidents. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet will be charged for the duration of your stay. In the case of smoking or parties in the apartment, a penalty of $500 will be applied.
