You can also enjoy on-site dining at Cipriani, La Cantina No. 20, and 15th & Vine. The apartment is equipped with high-end toiletries for your comfort.
Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available with overnight valet at $75 per day and hourly valet at $50. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies for the duration of your stay, with a maximum of one pet per unit.
Located in the heart of Brickell, you are just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades.
Exterior building maintenance will begin on July 1st, with some noise expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The pool will be available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025, and the schedule may vary due to maintenance. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed. Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the condo and remember to take out the trash before you leave.

Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool.
