Parking is not included, but on-site valet is available for $50 per day, or you can reserve nearby parking for $35 per day. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet for the duration of your stay. Daily housekeeping is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour.

Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations.
