Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for smoking or parties in the unit. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, and certain rules apply. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. A $100 fee will be charged for lock-outs outside office hours.
