Samantha Scalzo is a highly motivated leader and luxury property specialist with a positive attitude and structured lifestyle. Samantha launched her real estate career nine years ago as Marketing Director for Interealty Exchange, a boutique firm led by Italian investors. After gaining experience, knowledge, and confidence, she took a position with Cervera Real Estate as the Director of Operations for the “Elmir Group” a highly awarded group of professionals who have sold over $250,000,000 of real estate. Samantha now successfully runs S&S Global, a full-service brokerage specializing in commercial and residential relocation. Samantha’s management experience allowed her to diligently lead and exceed her clients’ goals of selling and buying luxury real estate. Her talent for multitasking and organization, along with her ability to excel under pressure help drive Samantha’s energy into every aspect of her business. Additionally, Samantha has strong communication and people skills – traits that can also be seen in her personal life. Nothing is more important to Samantha than her community. She focuses her contributions with the Miami Bridge Youth Shelter, serving as Assistant Director of Special Services. She also serves as the Director of Business Development for The F.A.C.E. of Childhood Hunger and serves on the Board for Florida International University and SMASH Affordable Housing. Samantha was raised in Connecticut and attended The University of Central Florida where she majored in international business. She continued her formal education at Florida International University with a degree in business and public relations. Lifelong education is a top priority of hers.
