The home is not fully wheelchair accessible. Studio units on the property are occupied by long-term tenants; please respect their privacy and keep interaction minimal. Guests of the main house only may use the hot tub. Before use, shower to remove lotions/oils and check the water temperature (max 104°F / 40°C). Carefully remove and replace the cover after use. Children must be supervised (not recommended under age 12). Limit soak time to 15–20 minutes. No diving, jumping, food, smoking, or glassware. Avoid alcohol or medications that impair alertness. If the water looks cloudy/unclean, do not use it and notify us. Report any damage/malfunction immediately and do not attempt repairs. Non-compliance with house rules may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without refund. Check-in is after 4 PM via secure lockbox, and check-out is by 11 AM.
