The apartment itself is well-maintained and modern, with a kitchen that’s fully equipped and a cozy living area perfect for relaxing after a long day. I especially appreciate the natural light that fills the space during the day—it really makes a difference.

It's been a challenge since moving in. The management has been non-responsive since day 1, it's impossible to get anything addressed and completed. All we get are excuses to why things are not maintained.

Service is going bad. The co-working space which was a sell point when I chose to rent here is now on a charge basis. I knew about this by a sign in the co-working space door. The AC in the corridors of each floor didn’t work for weeks, making humidity enter my apartment. When entering a service request, they sent the fulfilled email when no one even came to see the apartment. People on the front desk are barely there during nighttime, which is a safety concern.

This community has Everything I need, from dog bath room to bbq to all amenities is a great location in wynwood area. Great parking garage for residents and visitors, fast communication from the staff. Always clean amenities and quiet neighbors.

Great help from the new leasing team. Helping fix incorrect parking ticket, getting my renewal just right, and maintenance taking care of everything very quickly.
