I’ll admit, I was hesitant to lease here after reading these reviews, but we have been here about a month and so far, it has been the best experience. The staff actually wasn’t so friendly when we toured but now I realize it’s bc they are attending to their residents, which is what you want right? I wish I could give Will, the concierge, 15 stars. It’s a huge understatement to say he goes above and beyond to help with move-in and any small needs. The apartment itself is beautiful with quality... fixtures and full size washer and dryer. This has been one of the worst places I’ve ever rented. The constant noise is unbearable. There are loud parties, people blasting music, yelling in common areas, and management does little or nothing to enforce the building rules. If you’re looking for a quiet place to rest after work, this is definitely not it.

The maintenance and management have also been extremely disappointing. Issues take forever to be addressed, communication is poor, and residents often feel ignored. The elevators have... been out of service multiple times, creating unnecessary inconvenience.

The overall quality of life in this building has gone downhill. Common areas are not well managed, and there seems to be very little respect for the people who actually live here.

I expected a safe, peaceful community, but instead I’ve dealt with constant stress, lack of sleep, and frustration. I regret signing a lease here and will be moving out as soon as possible.

If negative stars were possible, this place would deserve the absolute lowest rating imaginable.

This has honestly been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had living in a building. From the moment you walk in, it becomes obvious that cleanliness, maintenance, and resident comfort are simply not priorities here.

I invite anyone considering moving in to look beyond the entrance and the superficial appearance, because the reality is completely different. You’ll quickly be welcomed by... the constant smell of dog urine throughout parts of the building, along with dirty hallways, poorly maintained common areas, and an overall atmosphere of neglect.

The lack of cleanliness is genuinely shocking. Elevators, corridors, and shared spaces are consistently dirty, and it feels like basic hygiene standards are completely ignored. On top of that, maintenance issues either take forever to be addressed or are simply overlooked altogether.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is the clear lack of care and accountability from management. For the amount residents are paying, the level of service and upkeep is completely unacceptable. Instead of feeling comfortable or at home, the building gives the impression of abandonment and poor management at every level.

Overall, an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed living environment. Read More
