I recently went on a tour of this apartment complex called Biscayne 112, and I was thoroughly impressed—not just with the property itself, but with the outstanding customer service I received throughout the entire experience from Yvette Ortiz.

From the moment I arrived, Yvette was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly professional. She was the one that conducted my tour and was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She made sure to highlight the features... that matched my preferences and needs, which made the experience feel personalized and thoughtful.

The apartment units were modern, and well-maintained. I appreciated how transparent and informative she was about pricing, availability, and lease terms. It never felt like a sales pitch—more like a genuine conversation about whether this community would be the right fit.

Overall, the customer service made a huge difference. They turned what could have been a standard walkthrough into a truly positive and memorable experience. If you're apartment hunting and value great service, I highly recommend scheduling a tour with her! Yvette thank you so much!

Honestly it’s been a year and a half of so many issues, one after another one. It is a mess, there’s no organization at all

Has not been a positive experience for the price and premium advertised. Time and money is best spent somewhere with a service and management team that care much more.
