Horrible Management
I lived here for 3 years. When it was time to move out they gave me the hardest time. Deducted 500 hundred dollars from deposit with no valid reason, and 2 months later I have not received said deposit. Every time I try to contact ownership, they are very unhelpful and unprofessional. The manager of the property does not give any useful information. Very uncomfortable and frustrating situation.

No contact with management
These guys are hopeless . Man of name Chris is running this building but he doesn't give you any information . Also it's extremely difucult to get your security deposit back. 99% chance you will not your money back

Disaster
Be careful with your deposit . These guys will do everything to not to give you your money back after moving out. Make sure you go to the lawyer before you sign any docs with them. Take a pictures of the unit after you move in. Don’t let them scam you. There is one guy managing while building . No contact with the owners . They will start playing ugly games with you as soon as you let them know that you moving out

Very old couple manages the building, will not give you absolutely any information of the main office. Any issues you need to solve it yourself.
