Centre Lake III is an apartment community in Miami, FL
The apartments are really small . You can here your neighbors conversations thru your walls. The roaches so disrespectful they come out of the bookcase.the termites are to much. Women be picking up tricks in the complex. It always a problem when you need some fixed in your apartment. Management gets mad when you get fed up and decides you want to move they get angry as if the apartment problems are your faul always get your receipt for rent and be careful because the manger name Ashley will lie... on you . She is not to be trusted. I'm so happy I moved.

Termites
Run! This is a horrible place to live in just because of termites! The manager is doing nothing to fix the problem. Instead they give you the run around on help to fix the issue! Imagine walking into your kitchen and termites are everywhere! It's horrible and I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here! I am currently in the process of moving because of this! It's disgusting!

Termites!!!
I have lived here for almost 2 yrs and have dealt with termites from day 1. I've complained countless times to no avail. Next month I am withholding my rent until this issue is resolved.

Unreliable phone support
I called the number listed here over 32 times for three days. The phone rings 2X and then he goes silent for 20 seconds. Then clicks and goes busy. I emailed and still no reply. You would think that's the least they can do. Disappointed :(

Centre Lake Apartments
My experience at Centre Lake has been great. The staff are very friendly and available to assist, including the efficiency of the Maintenance team. The atmosphere at the complex is exceptional with a diverse community and a level of comfortability. It's also a nice commuter location for public transit, whether you need to maneuver between Miami-Dade, Broward, and even other parts of South Florida. You get what you need and more for affordable living in the Miami area.
