Coral Point Townhomes

We have been blamed for noise complaints and they have threatened to evict us without proof. We have heard the noise too, the hammering, the banging, the dragging of furniture, the music. We are exhausted from denying that it is not us, we are barely here and my husband gets home late at night, the last thing we want to do is work any kind of construction. We feel prosecuted and harassed. We have had to involve our lawyers and the condominium manager has done nothing but disregard us about the... situation. We have talked to our lawyer and this is a case of malicious prosecution and harassment. We have heard the noises too, but we are young and it doesn’t affect us when time to sleep or sleeping already. Our mistake was to not complaint too. We have a neighbor that infests our porch with marihuana smoke, we have heard of illicit drug sales in the community, parking is a miserable situation. One of our cars got towed for being parked over the line but they recently got in trouble for having dangerously small parking spaces and are now having to move us all around because of their incompetence. Managing is a wreck. The property managers have ignored the case and just threaten with having us out. We have moved all over the world and we have never, ever had such an unpleasant, miserable experience. Don’t move here. It’s not worth it. Rent is way too high for what you get. Look elsewhere. Parking is TERRIBLE! The security guards are no good and the administration here is a nightmare!! very disrespectful ppl (if you will) like I said STAY AWAY!!!!!

Parking sucks do not even bother. And security is good for safety if that was the case but his only concern is if your car has a decal if not you will get towed away and wake up to your car not there.
