Gio Midtown

I’ve lived in GIO for over 3 years. While my quality of life is great- there are many issues with the building. The building is made with paper thin walls. The plumbing has had several issues - there was a flood due to a burst pipe that accidentally happened, loud ringing noises from plumbing that happen through out the building that is loud and disrupting, plumbing in shower is not great for a luxury building. The gym needs more treadmills. The sauna needs to be disinfected on a regular basis,... residents don’t follow the rules of bringing a towel. The balconies on certain sides get ruined from pollution residue from surrounding construction. Rent continues to increase large amounts, they should make this building more equipped and functioning as a luxury building should be. There have been leaks from above apartments 2 summers in a row in both of my units I’ve had. I cannot imagine paying more for my apartment considering all of these issues. Read More

Overall fantastic experience at Gio Midtown! Love the building format, amenities, and community. And Midtown is getting better and better every week with new restaurants!

Ive been living here at the GIO for 3 years now, I absolutely love it! the location is so convenient, the staff is accommodating and nice, I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!

This is my 3rd Lease. GIO is in a great location, excellent concierge, proactive and technically competent maintenance team combined with well run administrative staff.

Beautiful facility with a beautiful neighborhood. Everyone has been so kind and welcoming. Staff is fantastic as well. Does not feel like an awkward transition but very much at home already
