Unprofessional
I applied and wasted my money. The stupid office lady told me my application was denied because u have a open red light ticket. She acted so unprofessional with me but gave a woman who speaks Spanish like her better preference. Didn't want to show us an apartment, but when the other lady came in she decided she wants to. Asked for reasoning behind denial, she said she looked me up on Miami dade clerk of courts and I have an open ticket and it was denied by management! So dumb I'm writing the BBB
