Don't move into this dumpster fire

If you want to listen to constant hammering, drilling from the building and owners of condos, by all means. If you want to live with peace and quiet - stay far far far away from this place.

I presume they want to improve the value so they can sell it for top dollar to a developer to build a monstrosity. RUN!
